The Washburn Parallaxe V26FR Floyd-Rose is a take no prisoners guitar that is fully optimized for the heavily saturated music for which it was designed. The offset V shaped body with its chamfered edge in Carbon Black Matte immediately conjures images of a stealth fighter, Paired with its Washburn 1985 HM Katana inspired headstock, the Washburn PX V26FR is a threat to behold. The Mahogany body, glue-in Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard combine to create a tone that enjoys the thickness and richness of Mahogany and note-to-note precision of the Maple/Ebony neck. The “FR” model includes a genuine Floyd Rose Original locking tremolo and now comes with an upgraded 34mm brass block that increases sustain and tonal complexity. This tone travels to your amp through the pairing of a genuine USA made Seymour Duncan 59 and a Custom 5; a pairing preferred by some of the heaviest guitar players in the world. The 1-Voume / 1-Tone controls include a Coil-Split feature allowing you to switch between full humbucker and single coil. Jumbo frets allow you to fly through your riffs, Grover 18:1 tuners allow for precise tuning and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System ensure that your guitar plays in tune in all positions. Sold with a custom formed gig bag, the Washburn Parallaxe V26FR is simply one of the baddest, heaviest, meanest guitars in the world.

Wired with a Coil-Splitting tone knob, when the Parallaxe V26 is paired with a suitable amp that can keep up, like a Randall, the Parallaxe V26 tone is mean and huge - fully optimized for maximum aggression!

Sweet notes and tuning stability
