Square Plug SPS6S Compact Straight TRS Connector (6.2MM cable O.D. allowance)

The straight stereo (TRS) plug line from Square Plug is revolutionizing the rack and pedalboard wiring game. These low profile connectors can fit in the tight areas, where a right angle connector just wont work. These connectors are great for carrying audio, MIDI, and control signal! Need to wire up the EXT AMP or EXP ports on your pedal switcher? These are the plugs for you!

The SPS6S(BK) connectors feature optimal strain relief, using two screws to hold the cable in place. The amount you tighten the screws, lets you adapt to whatever size cable you are using.

These connectors allow for 6.2MM O.D. (0.244") of cable, meaning they can work with a pretty wide range of cabling. Here is a list of cable that will work with these connectors:

  • Eurocable CVS LK 02x4.5 (will need heat shrink for added strain relief)
  • Mogami 2549
  • BTPA CA1007 (will need heat shrink for added strain releif)
