This Skervesen Raptor is very appropriately named. The guitar is aggressive and super fast to play. If you're not careful, it could just bite your head off... But if you can channel the power of a true beastmaster, then all it has to offer will be at your fingertips. Blazing lead licks up and down the fretboard are a real breeze while complicated chord shapes are still easy to get every note to ring out perfectly. 

Let's not kid ourselves here, this is a shredder's axe through and through! Sure, it can handle a variety of playing styles, but it's begging to hit the front end of your amp hard and scorch the big stage. A simple control layout and gorgeous aesthetics round out this incredible sounding guitar. Whether you're lighting it up on the big stage or just jamming with friends, this guitar will impress both visually and with its killer tone.

The Raptor is the most popular model in the Skervesen line - a  versatile instrument of classic design.This guitar features an ash body with an eye poplar top, Jescar stainless frets, Bare Knuckle pickups, and a gorgeous ziricote fingerboard. A Hiscox case is included so you can keep your guitar protected from scratches and dings when you're not playing it. It's also covered by a 2-year warranty! 

DiMarzio FRED

We designed FRED® to bump the mid-range of the PAF Pro® EQ up a notch, but in the process something unusual happened. Harmonics that humbuckers usually don’t reproduce started popping out, particularly with overdriven amps and distortion units. FRED® has about the same power as the PAF Pro®, but the unusual overtones create a sound with more crank and growl. Joe Satriani was the first player to discover and exploit these qualities, and it’s been his main bridge pickup until the introduction of the Mo' Joe™. FRED® is really sensitive to changes in pick attack and control settings, and its distinctive tone makes a great recorded sound for both penetrating solos and tight rhythm tracks.
