The StingRay has always been one of the most iconic basses ever made, but with these new color finishes that Music Man is introducing and the roasted maple necks and modified pickups and preamp, they're really keeping up with the times and making sure they are creating an instrument that pays hommage to its past while continuing to be innovative and modern.

The playablity on this is great. The neck feels incredible and right out of the box it's got nice low action. The low-B is nice and tight and, of course, has that characteristic growl that StingRays are known for. The verstility of having the HH setup with the pickups is immediately evident when you start checking out the various different tones that are under the hood of this beauty.

Ready for whatever you can throw at it, this is an extremely high-quality and pro-grade instrument that will be a trusted companion for as long as you need it to be.
