ESP LTD's Alexi Laiho signature is a ferocious V-style guitar with incredible playability and a super low price. The neck is fast in every position, and you can get away with a full step bend on the last fret thanks to the subtle cutaway. Electronically, this guitar is all about simplicity. It has everything you need for heavy, searing tone and nothing you don't. I really dig the one pickup, one knob design. The placement of the knob isn't accidental: You can adjust your volume quickly without moving your hand. This is a killer design for the Children of Bodom fan or anyone who's looking for a no-nonsense metal guitar at a more than affordable price.

This ESP LTD Alexi-200 has an alder body with a black finish. The thin U maple neck has 24 extra jumbo frets on a rosewood fretboard with a 350mm radius. There is only one pickup in this guitar: an ESP designed LH-301B. It's a powerful passive pickup with everything you need for crunchy, heavy, searing tone. The Floyd Rose Special bridge will let you dive bomb to your heart's content without worrying about sending the guitar out of tune.
