"Built to replicate legendary Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour's famed 0001 Strat, a guitar shrouded in mystique and mystery. Some say David's guitar was originally a prototype. All dates stamps indicate a 1954. Others say it was a parts Strat put together by Seymour Duncan and sold to Phil Taylor, David Gilmour's guitar tech, who eventually sold if to David for a small advance to purchase property. Still others have differing opinions. Nonetheless, the controversy and mystery surrounding this guitar are why it is so unique and playing it is an experience all its own."
