This one appeals to the tasteful minimalists out there, featuring rear-mounted controls, no pickguard, a streamlined headstock logo, a beautiful quartersawn maple neck and fingerboard, a wavy Surf Green Metallic Pearl finish, a killer set of G&L Zebra humbuckers, and contours on the forearm and belly cuts to keep you shredding in comfort all night long. The neck profile features the cozy Modern Classic shape with a breathable clear satin finish for a smooth ride all the way up and down.

The ASAT HH RMC offers classic ASAT stability with contemporary features, hard-hitting tone, and playing comfort. It's built for players who need to cut through a mix with that humbucking warmth, punch, and growl. Clean, the balanced tone of these humbuckers it'll work for everything from pop rhythm parts to jazz leads, and with some gain, you can riff and shred away with reckless abandon. The pickups sit at a good vintage-hot level of output, being hot enough to push your amp but retain clarity and definition. For the older-school players out there, this one's also a great blues machine, with those thick and creamy mids that make the edge of breakup so fun to play. And if that wasn't enough, this one also features coil-splitting on the tone control for a rather vintage-style ASAT tone.

The G&L ASAT HH RMC takes the iconic ASAT into humbucker territory while retaining the feel and playability that have made the ASAT a perennial favorite among players. Essentially a fusion of Fullerton and Kalamazoo, the HH RMC features G&L Alnico humbuckers housed in an Alder body. An innovative G&L Saddle-Lock bridge transfers string energy right into the body end-grain to make the most of the resonant body wood combination. The familiar ASAT feel continues with a hard-rock maple neck sporting an easy-playing satin finish, comfortable 9 1/2″ radius and Jescar 57110 medium-jumbo nickel-silver frets for silky playability.
