Music Store Live is proud to present this G&L Tribute ASAT Special! G&L's Tribute series instruments sound, play and feel about three times better than their price suggests. If you make a habit of comparing price points, you can stop, because there isn't much that can compete with G&L's low/mid-priced instruments. This ASAT Special is an unrelenting tone machine that combines classic looks and vibe with modern sound and playability. The pickups are beefier than typical single coils but not quite as thick as humbuckers. It's the perfect guitar for all kinds of rock, blues, country, pop, or rockabilly - just about everything works on this axe. The neck is very round and comfortable, perfect for fast leads, chords and big bends. Don't let the price fool you - this guitar could easily become your go-to gigging axe.

Item Details

This G&L Tribute ASAT Special features a swamp ash body with a blueburst finish. The medium C shape neck is maple, and it features a rosewood fretboard with a 9" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets and dot inlays. Electronically, this guitar features the same pickups as its American-made counterpart. Yup, you read that correctly. The sound is articulate without being piercing, with plenty of beefy mids and a smooth low end. The G&L Saddle Lock bridge along with the 18:1 ratio tuning keys will keep everything locked down no matter how far you bend.

If you're not looking to empty your bank account on a guitar but you want to sound like you did, this is the way to go.
