Music Store Live is proud to offer up this Friedman Vintage T guitar. Designed with an old school hot-rodded "T" Deluxe in mind, this is perfect for the rocker who wants something with old-school looks. Locked and loaded with 2 P90 pickups, this will be spanky and bright, similar to a traditional T, but will have a bit more oomph.

I think we can all agree that, when you think of Grover Jackson, you think of guitars that are meant to rock and will melt faces. So making a guitar like this just made sense and, of course, they hit it out of the park with this design. There's a vocal-like quality to the P90's that certainly reminds you that these are single-coil pickups, but they also have a fatness to them that start to get into that humbucker realm of sounds. We like to describe them as single-coils on steroids.

The fretwork is a thing of beauty and the guitar arrived to us already with low action and an ease of playability that rockers are going to love, while still also having a character and feel that traditionalists will appreciate. You don't have to wrestle with this guitar as you sometimes have to with vintage instruments, but it definitely still has all of the mojo you would want. The tasteful medium aging gives the guitar a look of being an old friend that has some stories to tell without being all beat up and looking like it was dragged behind a truck on a gravel road.

These are truly cream-of-the-crop instruments collaborated on by a couple of guys that are known for their meticulous attention to their craft. The result is exactly as you might expect - thoroughly superb.
