We're honored to have the privilege of bringing you this absolutely killer StingRay HT from the Ball Family Reserve, the most prestigious and exclusive collection of instruments from our friends at Ernie Ball Music Man! This one is limited to just 80 serials worldwide.

The Plum Crazy finish on this one is truly a sight to behold. It's similar to blue or purple burst finishes you may have seen before, but the depth of this one and the way the color transitions around the perimeter is simply masterful. The unique paint scheme can also be found on the headstock and the back of the neck as well, creating a premium, cohesive look rarely found in a bolt-on format. The black hardware adds to the sleekness of the aesthetic, while the exclusive ebony fretboard with pearl block inlays makes this guitar both look and feel truly high-end and "antique".

Our favorite pickups are those that happen to be both "clean" and "loud". Oftentimes hot pickups lose the dynamics and clarity that low-output pickups tend to have. These new EBMM Heat-Treated pickups manage to nail that balance. This guitar sounds amazing at any level of gain, from lower-gain blues tones and warm cleans to powerful riffs and shred.

This BFR StingRay HT guitar features an exclusive Plum Crazy finish that extends to the back of the instrument body, neck and headstock. White pearl binding and block inlay adorn an ebony fretboard. The new Music Man HT pickups feature a sleek black cover without exposed polepieces with lots of output. The 20+ db gain boost rounds out the electronics package. Each guitar comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

The Ball Family Reserve is a celebration of Music Man's heritage in instrument craftsmanship which features some of the finest figured tone woods and finishes available. These rare pieces are offered in limited production runs and allow Music Man to present instruments to the public that were previously reserved for family and loyal artists.
