An alluring Breedlove handcrafted from locally sourced native myrtlewood, it is wonderfully alive with classic Oregon Series tone. The Hard Rock maple neck and myrtlewood body combine to deliver accentuated depth and clarity across the spectrum. Sustainable & Clear Cut Free
Made from sustainably-sourced exotic and native tonewoods. No clear-cut trees are used in these instruments. Breedlove uses salvaged and individually harvested timber and has deep relationships with responsible suppliers around the globe. As we move towards sustainability across all lines, owner Tom Bedell has visited 15 countries to discover exactly where the wood comes from, how it is selected and harvested, and how this affects the wildlife, the community, the forest and the planet.

In addition to its dimensions, we have listed every piece of solid wood used in this model, giving its common name, scientific name and country of origin. We use no clear-cut wood. We salvage fallen timber or individually harvest trees to minimize impact on the forest. You can travel worry free with your Made in Bend Breedlove—no permits are needed. Still, if you plan on trekking internationally, we suggest printing this information and carrying it with your guitar to avoid misunderstandings or prolonged waits with customs officials.
