Music Store Live is extremely excited to now offer Knaggs guitars in our lineup of high-end, boutique instruments. This one is truly just as amazing to play as it is to look at. If you know anything about our store, you know that we love purple guitars (ok, maybe just I love purple guitars... but they really do rock!) and here's one that is as easy on the eyes as it is on the hands and ears. The satin finish gives it all a luxurious and velvety smooth feel, too. It's also got a combination of black and gold hardware that looks super cool.
The combination of a mahogany body, flame maple top, flame maple neck, and an ebony fretboard really presents a wonderfully balanced tone with tightness in the bass, just the right amount of sweet mids, and a bright trebly attack that is cutting. This guitar is designed to hold up under high-gain and heavy saturation with articulation and definition. The ebony fretboard has a flat 14" radius for infinite bends and lightning-fast string skipping. The neck is thin but doesn't feel like a toothpick in your hands, with a nice rounded C-shape that still allows for some serious shredding up and down the neck in ultimate comfort. For electronics, it's got a set of searing Bare Knuckle Aftermath pickups. They're versatile enough to clean up nicely, but definitely have the rocker and shredder in mind.

Bare Knuckle Pickups: Aftermath
The Aftermath is perfect for the modern metal guitarist, with accelerated bass response for exceptionally fast tracking of high-speed staccato riffing. It has a crushing mid range and precise high-end articulation.
With a symmetrically hand-wound twin screw coil design, the Aftermath bridge is powered by 3 custom size ceramic magnets. The bottom-end responds quickly to pick attack and tracks fast riffing extremely accurately, mids are focused and intense for ultimate punch no matter how dense the mix or how low the tuning, and highs are precise and articulate. With a more compressed dynamic, single notes have masses of sustain while the front of the note is clear-cut and defined even under extreme amounts of gain.
The Aftermath neck humbucker is Alnico V powered and voiced for fat, powerful clean tones, fluid vocal-like sustain when driven hard and good balance with the bridge humbucker.
